1. Area of agreement For the business relations between www.wild-heerbrugg.com(in the following referred to as “us/we”) and the customer (in the following referred to as “you/your”), these general terms and conditions apply and / or the Swiss Civil Code.
2. Conclusion of purchase agreement By placing products in our online-shop, we submit a binding offer upon the conclusion of an agreement on these articles. This agreement is completed when you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping basket by clicking the button “send order”. Confirmation of your order placement is effected immediately via eMail after the order has been placed. This is also your order confirmation.
3. Right of revocation
You may revoke your contractual declaration in written form (such as letter, eMail) or by sending back the article, without stating reasons therefore. The time limit commences not earlier than upon receipt of this policy. The timely sending of the revocation shall be sufficient to determine compliance with the time limit for revocation. Consequences of revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, the services mutually received, and the benefits derived (if any), shall be returned. 4. Warranty (guarantee) The guarantee is effected in accordance with legal requirements. Furthermore, we issue a warranty for all our products of at least 12 months from the date of transaction (excluding paper manuals and downloaded products).
